MSP Program Specialist

Job description:

• PTR Global is seeking an MSP Program Specialist to manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests.
• This role will serve as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, MSP operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), along with a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex, high-volume programs.

Responsibilities:

• Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client managers and suppliers.
• Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
• Assist hiring managers with program-related inquiries, ensuring adherence to policies and a seamless hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive program success.
• Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering an excellent experience to all stakeholders, including hiring managers and suppliers.
• Utilize and provide training on MSP tools (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) and applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, working closely with managers to meet SLA/KPI requirements.
• Support client-specific initiatives and additional responsibilities as assigned.
