Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose MSME businesses across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and strategy.
- Conduct business audits, gap analysis, and growth roadmaps.
- Design and execute revenue growth and cost optimization strategies.
- Work with founders/owners to improve processes, productivity, and scalability.
- Support MSMEs in market expansion, partnerships, and system building.
- Contribute to BizVidya's consulting playbooks, frameworks, and IP creation.
Who Should Apply
- Experience in MSME consulting, business strategy, operations, or growth roles.
- Ability to take ownership of client problems and deliver execution, not just advice.
- Comfortable working with early-stage businesses and founders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in building a long-term consulting platform, not short-term freelancing.
Equity Structure (Important)
- 34 discussion rounds to define contribution, expertise, and ownership scope.
- 1-month NDA-based cohort to evaluate real execution and alignment.
- Post cohort Equity Agreement.
- Equity allocated after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration.
- 5-year vesting period with milestone-based ownership.
- Cash compensation begins only after funding.
