Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end ERP implementations, lead functional teams, and deliver scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance and supply chain processes, along with hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations.

Experience : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

1 Functional Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (Design Build Test Go-Live Support)
  • Act as a functional SME across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules
  • Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants

2 Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional design documents (FDDs)
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices

3 Module Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in one or more areas:

  • Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting
  • Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing

4 Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure D365 F&O modules based on business requirements
  • Support data migration, system integration, and reporting
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations

5 Testing & Deployment

  • Drive UAT, SIT, and functional testing cycles
  • Ensure quality deliverables and successful deployments
  • Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization

6 Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders
  • Work in Agile / Scrum environments

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • 8+ years of ERP consulting experience
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes
  • Experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with **Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 (Finance / SCM)
  • Exposure to global implementations
