Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end ERP implementations, lead functional teams, and deliver scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance and supply chain processes, along with hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations.

Key Responsibilities
1 Functional Leadership
- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (Design Build Test Go-Live Support)
- Act as a functional SME across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules
- Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants
2 Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into functional design documents (FDDs)
- Design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices
3 Module Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in one or more areas:
- Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting
- Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing
4 Configuration & Implementation
- Configure D365 F&O modules based on business requirements
- Support data migration, system integration, and reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations
5 Testing & Deployment
- Drive UAT, SIT, and functional testing cycles
- Ensure quality deliverables and successful deployments
- Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization
6 Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders
- Work in Agile / Scrum environments
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- 8+ years of ERP consulting experience
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations
- Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes
- Experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with **Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting
- Microsoft certifications in D365 (Finance / SCM)
- Exposure to global implementations
