MSD Test lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Dynamics 365 testing engagements across multiple projects
• Define overall test strategy test plans test scenarios and quality assurance processes
• Review business requirements functional specifications and user stories
• Lead Functional Testing System Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing UAT and End to End Testing
• Validate Dynamics 365 customizations configurations workflows business rules and security roles
• Coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore teams
• Manage defect lifecycle conduct defect triage meetings and track closure
• Ensure test coverage for Dynamics 365 integrations with enterprise applications
• Prepare test status reports risk assessments and quality metrics for stakeholders
• Drive automation and testing process improvements
