Job Description

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform components. Test CRM modules including: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service Customer Insights Validate integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations. Conduct data migration and data validation testing. Verify security roles, access controls, and user permissions. Track and manage defects through defect management tools. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing. Good understanding of: Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Dataverse Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Business Process Flows
