MSD Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
• Perform functional regression integration system and end to end testing
• Validate Dynamics 365 customizations plugins workflows business rules and Power Platform components
• Test CRM modules including
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service
• Customer Insights
• Validate integrations with third party applications and enterprise systems
• Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations
• Conduct data migration and data validation testing
• Verify security roles access controls and user permissions
• Track and manage defects through defect management tools
• Support User Acceptance Testing UAT and production deployments
• Collaborate with business analysts developers solution architects and functional consultants
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and quality assurance activities

Technical Requirements:

• Technology Package Testing MS Dynamics Testing
