Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Plugin Development, Custom Workflows, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CRM customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Process Flows.
• Build custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, and Dataverse.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, ribbons, and security roles.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
• Build automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and implement best practices.
