nWe are looking for an experienced CRM Technical Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) development and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Integrations, and CRM customizations using .NET technologies

.The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting CRM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

.Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions
• .Develop and customize CRM Plugins using C# and .NET Framework
• .Create and maintain Custom Workflow Activities and Business Process Flows
• .Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and Azure components
• .Customize entities, forms, views, ribbons, dashboards, and security roles
• .Implement JavaScript, Power Automate Flows, and custom business logic
• .Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance and functional issues
• .Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• .Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements
• .Ensure adherence to CRM development best practices and coding standards
