Role Overview
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Drive technical architecture, ensure best practices, and mentor teams across end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform
- Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models
- Lead technical design, code reviews, and solution governance
- Design and oversee integrations (Azure services, APIs, middleware, Dataverse)
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards
- Provide hands-on expertise in complex customizations and extensions
- Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads
- Mentor developers and enforce best engineering practices
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 yr to 16 yr years in CRM/enterprise application development, with strong focus on D365 CE
- Deep expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse architecture
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- .NET / C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows
- Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM)
- Strong experience in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and microservices design
- Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and solution lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and data architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Architect)
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations
- Exposure to industry frameworks and solution accelerators
