We are looking for organic chemistry graduates for R&D in our Vasai factory.
- To conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, etc.
- To perform physical testing (e.g., viscosity, density, pH, titrations) to validate product specifications and performance.
- To document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- To investigate and troubleshoot deviations from specifications; propose and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- To monitor and maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for laboratory equipment.
- To assist in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conforming products; contribute to root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
- To participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D and Production to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
