Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lab Technician role based in Suryapet for candidates with an M.Sc in Chemistry and 0–3 years of experience. The Lab Technician will perform routine and specialized chemical analyses of metal powders, prepare samples, and follow established testing protocols in the laboratory. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining lab instruments, recording and interpreting test data, and assisting in quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. The role involves supporting process development activities, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines, and collaborating with senior chemists and production teams. The position is intended for applicants from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, who are interested in building a career in analytical and industrial chemistry.
Qualifications
- Completed M.Sc in Chemistry from a recognized university, with 0–3 years of experience in laboratory or industrial chemistry.
- Strong foundation in analytical and inorganic chemistry, including sample preparation, titrations, and instrumental analysis.
- Ability to operate and maintain common laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, spectrophotometers) and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good documentation and data recording skills, with attention to accuracy, organization, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, lab software).
- Knowledge of quality control principles, ISO 9001 practices, and basic safety, health, and environmental standards in a lab setting.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
