MSBI Developer

We are seeking an experienced MSBI Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions, including ETL processes, reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Developing and maintaining OLAP cubes using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for data analysis and reporting.
• Creating and managing reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimizing existing SQL queries and SSIS packages for improved performance and efficiency.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in development and deployment processes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data integration and reporting.
• Staying updated with the latest MSBI technologies and tools to ensure best practices are followed.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in MSBI development (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
• Proficient in SQL Server and T-SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries and SSIS packages.
• Knowledge of BI tools and techniques for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with data modeling and designing OLAP cubes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
