We are seeking an experienced MSBI Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions, including ETL processes, reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Developing and maintaining OLAP cubes using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for data analysis and reporting.
Creating and managing reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide insights to stakeholders.
Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimizing existing SQL queries and SSIS packages for improved performance and efficiency.
Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in development and deployment processes.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data integration and reporting.
Staying updated with the latest MSBI technologies and tools to ensure best practices are followed.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in MSBI development (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
Proficient in SQL Server and T-SQL for data manipulation and querying.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries and SSIS packages.
Knowledge of BI tools and techniques for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with data modeling and designing OLAP cubes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
