The MSBI Developer role will work in a team environment to deliver business solutions. This will involve engaging with clients, internal onsite experts, and contract resources to develop and support IT solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, M.E/M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 years of work experience or equivalency is preferred.
Key Skills/Job Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience as an MSBI Developer, with a strong focus on data warehousing.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS, including complex data transformations and workflow orchestration.
- Strong experience in designing and developing OLAP cubes using SSAS, with a solid understanding of dimensional modeling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to create interactive reports and dashboards using SSRS and/or Power BI.
- In-depth knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server database concepts, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and custom ETL tasks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data-related challenges.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical team members.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within agreed-upon timelines.
- Experience with version control systems and project management tools is desirable.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE: Data Management and Analytics) are a plus.
