Job Description
The FM L2 engineer assure End to end fault incident problem management with main objective of resolution to SLA OLA requirements They solve the higher level of escalation in case of network incidents and are responsible for the resolution, analysis and expertise in case of complex faults that require deep procedural and technical knowledge
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Knowledge of networking configuration practices utilizing TCP/IP
- Expert knowledge of LAN and WAN switching components (LAN switches, Access Nodes, VLAN, STP).
- Expert knowledge of IP Networking Protocols (RIP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
- Expert knowledge of routing protocols like MPBGP, MPLS, PBR, ACL, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, LACP, Ethernet.
- Hands on Experience in supporting MPLS Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, LDP, RSVP, TE, VPLS etc.
- Has in-depth knowledge of security operations, including firewall rules, intrusion detection and intrusion prevention, security policies, applying filters.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Candidate should possess 5-8 years experience of working in telecom network (MPBN/ IP MPLS).
- Hands on Experience in supporting MPLS Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, LDP, RSVP, TE, VPLS etc, Ability to verify & validate MPBN Network Faults
- Hands on Experience in supporting MPLS Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, LDP, RSVP, TE, VPLS etc.
- Expert knowledge of IP Networking Protocols (RIP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
It would be nice if you also had:
- Expert knowledge of routing protocols like MPBGP, MPLS, PBR, ACL, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, LACP, Ethernet.

- JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP/ENA/ENS certification- Preferred.
