MS Specialist will dive into the intricacies of MPBN and IP MPLS nodes, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. An expertise will empower you to undertake technical activities autonomously or interface directly with customers, enabling change activities without requiring guidance. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Design and implement robust network configurations leveraging your expertise in TCP/IP and networking principles.
  • Analyze and optimize LAN and WAN environments, utilizing expert knowledge of switching components and protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
  • Troubleshoot and support complex MPLS Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, ensuring efficient performance of LDP, RSVP, and VPLS.
  • Develop and enforce security operations protocols, including firewall rules and intrusion prevention measures.
  • Validate and resolve MPBN network faults, utilizing hands-on experience with industry-leading hardware and security products.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored network design solutions with minimal operational support.
  • Communicate technical insights effectively, producing high-quality documentation and reports that enhance client understanding.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team culture that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

  • Require bachelor's degree or related field
  • Typically, a minimum 6-10 Years of experience
  • Expertise in TCP/IP networking configuration practices.
  • Proficient in LAN and WAN switching components, including VLAN and STP.
  • Strong command of IP Networking Protocols: RIP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS.
  • Hands-on experience with MPLS Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of security operations and firewall configurations.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Excellent English communication skills for both technical documentation and business writing.
  • Good understanding of Telecom traffic flow principles.
  • Familiarity with SS7 network and GPRS call flow.
  • Experience in producing detailed network designs from customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of additional network equipment from manufacturers like Cisco and Arista.
