Job description

Hands on Experience working MS dynamics CRM Application testing.3 or more years of experience in Manual/Functional testing; Healthcare, and Medicaid testing preferred.

SQL, ALM (preferred), Defect Management.

Ability to write Test Plans & Test Cases; Execute test cases and track Defects.

Web Application to CRM Integration Testing

Validate web services and APIs, ensuring they function as expected (e.g., using Postman, SoapUI).

Verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
