Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer
We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong experience in Power Platform and Dynamics customization to build and enhance enterprise CRM solutions.
Responsibilities / Desired Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM development
- Exposure in Customer engagement module preferred, Sales, marketing, Customer service.
- Strong hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience developing C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs
- Hands-on development experience with Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience building Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps (minimum 1 year Canvas Apps development preferred)
- Experience working with Power Pages / Dynamics Portals (minimum 1 year experience)
- Strong client-side development skills using JavaScript
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and web resources
- Hands-on experience working with Dataverse Web API, FetchXML, and integrations
- Experience integrating Dynamics with enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Exposure to Azure services and Azure DevOps for deployment and CI/CD
- Understanding of authentication, security models, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
- Experience customizing entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
