Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems, envisioning, and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the client to achieve their objectives leveraging Dynamics capabilities.
Act as a client discovery lead: learn the most important client challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals.
Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and related platforms to address client requirements.
Utilize a deep knowledge of financial processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, RSAT
Working experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable
Experience with Finance process design and leading practices, including demonstrated experience in process documentation / process improvement
Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodology approached
Our Ideal Candidate
Having 15 years Microsoft D365 Finance (or equivalent) implementation experience demonstrating an ability to enhance and implement Dynamics 365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering
Demonstrated expertise in D365 Finance solution, or equivalent.
