Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant

Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant

Experience: 5 to 15 Years

Location: Bengaluru / India

Employment Type: Consultant/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Work on support projects and implementation projects.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, code merges, and optimization activities.
• Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for requirement gathering.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Hands-on experience with X++
• Experience with C#, Visual Studio, and version control tools
• Knowledge of Extensions, Chain of Command (CoC)
• Experience with OData Integrations
• Knowledge of Logic Apps
• Experience in technical design and development
• Understanding of LCS (Lifecycle Services), deployments, and code migration
• Good troubleshooting and support experience
