Critical Skills to Possess:
- 6-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / F&O).
- Proven expertise in user management, security roles, business units, and field-level security.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integration with D365.
- Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and environment security.
- Familiarity with data access layers, record sharing, and hierarchy security models.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage security roles, teams, and business units within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Implement and maintain role-based security models ensuring least privilege access principles.
- Manage user setup, permissions, and access controls across multiple D365 environments.
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to analyze access requirements and implement compliant security configurations.
- Conduct security audits and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot access-related issues.
- Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and configuration changes.
- Support integration security between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft services (Power Platform, Azure AD, etc.).
- Provide training and support to users on security and permissions-related matters.
