Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical vendors and internal stakeholders to provide maintenance and support of MS Dynamics solutions, Secure File Transfer including patching, security remediation, log review, ensuring alignment with EMAs requirements and timelines.
Responsible for the upgrade of MS Dynamics applications in government cloud environments, including cutover planning, rollback procedures, and post-upgrade validation
- Enhance and maintain integrations including FormSG and Application Mailbox routing.
- Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, SIT, and UAT phases, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth delivery and optimal system performance.
- Provide continuous operational support throughout the MS Dynamics application lifecycle, including incident resolution, system maintenance, and performance optimisation.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and user manuals, collaborating with business users, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Required Skills and Experience
Core Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant MS Dynamics consulting or development role, with demonstrated proficiency in designing, configuring, and delivering MS Dynamics solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in the public sector, with familiarity with government ICT standards and processes.
- Proven experience in upgrading MS Dynamics v8.x, including planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation.
Technical Experience
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 across multiple versions. Candidates with hands-on experience in both MS Dynamics 365 v8.x and v9.x are preferred.
- Experience working within GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) or GCC+ environments is an advantage.
- Certification in relevant Microsoft Dynamics technologies is an advantage.
