- Primary Skills: C# .Net, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse), Power Platform (Power Automate), Plugins, Workflows, ModelDriven Apps performance tuning.(Mandatory skills)
- Form & App Performance Expertise: Strong experience analysing Form Loads (Cold vs Warm), Synchronous/ Asynchronous XHR requests, Form Load Times by table/form, system views usage, and nonCRUD/CRUD synchronous / asynchronous operation durations.
- Power Automate Operations: Hands-on troubleshooting of billable actions, flow failures, suspended flows, throttled flows, and performance optimization.
- Plugin & Workflow Performance: Deep knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous plugin execution, plugin timeouts, plugin trace log settings/size, and sync workflow performance issues.
- Platform & Data Health Monitoring: Experience with SQL timeouts, slow read queries, Async Operation data/file size, PrincipalObjectAccess data growth, and managed environment features.
- Service Protection & Latency: Understanding of API throttling, service protection limits, latency analysis by country, and proactive performance governance.
Ideal for candidates with strong production support, monitoring, and optimization experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 environments.
