Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant Retail & Commerce

Role Overview:
As a Technical Consultant Retail & Commerce, you will lead and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Commerce implementations. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting retail and e-commerce solutions, including POS integrations and extensions, while guiding technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical teams and projects related to D365 Commerce and Retail implementations.
- Oversee and drive end-to-end D365 Commerce implementations, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Design and integrate retail and e-commerce solutions, with a strong focus on ERP system workflows and data flow optimization.
- Provide hands-on technical support for configuration and troubleshooting of POS systems, including printers, scanners, hardware stations, and customer displays.
- Implement, manage, and deploy MPOS (Mobile POS) and CPOS (Cloud POS) fixes and updates.
- Design, develop, and extend MPOS/CPOS applications using ASP.NET Web API, TypeScript, Knockout, and C#.
- Build and customize CRT, CPOS, and MPOS methods, following D365 Retail architecture and extension models.
- Integrate third-party APIs with CPOS/MPOS systems.
- Utilize WCF, WCF Data Services, and OData REST APIs for data and service integration.
- Perform database development and management, including stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Maintain strong control over channel security architecture, authentication, and token management processes.
- Conduct debugging, issue tracking, and workflow analysis for technical problem resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics AX Retail and D365 F&O, including at least 3+ years in D365 F&O Commerce.
- Experience leading technical teams and full project lifecycles for retail and e-commerce implementations.
- Proven track record of three or more full-cycle D365 Commerce Retail implementations.
- Strong technical expertise in Retail/Commerce industry solutions and ERP integrations.
- Advanced understanding of POS configuration, setup, and hardware integration.
- Experience managing MPOS/CPOS code deployment and maintenance.
- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, Knockout, WCF, REST APIs, and SQL-based RDBMS.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills.
