Job Description

  • MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Partner Technical Advisor (PTA)
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing effective technical support to end-users.
  • Expert and in-depth knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&O Functionality Overview with experience in implementation
  • Expert and in-depth knowledge in Azure cloud services, LCS and SQL Queries
  • Strong Development Skills (X++, .NET)
  • Strong experience in Customization and Configuration
  • Strong knowledge Data Migration and Power Platform Integration
  • Good experience with Security and Role-based Access Control
  • MS Dynamics 365 – F&O Finance - Partner Technical Advisor(PTA)
  • In-depth expertise with Finance Modules & Configuration and Customization with experience in implementation
  • Very Strong knowledge in Localizations, Compliance and Regulatory Standards, Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Very Strong working Knowledge in all business scenarios of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Excellent and deep-rooted knowledge in Budgeting, Forecasting & Fixed Asset Management
  • MS Dynamics 365 – F&O SCM - Partner Technical Advisor (PTA)
  • Very Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Business Processes with experience in implementation
  • Excellent Dynamics 365 product knowledge/Experience in Inventory Management, Sales Order Processing, Procurement & Sourcing
  • In-depth Knowledge Manufacturing and production control, Master planning, WHM & AWHM
  • Strong in SQL Queries
  • MS Dynamics 365 – CE Technical - Partner Technical Advisor (PTA)
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM entities, MS Dynamics administration, workflows, configuration (including UI / form development/web + unified client interface), security, reporting / dashboards, migration, custom development (including Unified Service Desk), Omnichannel, web resources, data integrations, and CRM solution file management.
  • Skilled in Plug-ins and Custom Workflow Activities, Web API and RESTful Services, Customization Development Tools & Data Migration
  • Capability to provide technical leadership in a specific product or business process area.
  • Good in SQL Queries
  • MS Dynamics 365 – CE Functional - Partner Technical Advisor (PTA)
  • Strong experience of Business process in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations
  • Experience with integration tools and methods to connect D365 CE with other systems - Good with Power platform integration
  • CE Platform Infra required skills: Database, Network, Performance tuning, Web Server
  • Azure infra, Windows Admin knowledge will be a Plus
  • Good in SQL Queries
