Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our support project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role is critical in providing expert support to our clients, ensuring that their CRM systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Support and Maintenance:
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by end-users.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular system health checks, and implement necessary maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
Customization And Configuration:
- Analyze client requirements and customize the Dynamics CRM solution to meet their specific business processes.
- Develop and implement workflows, custom entities, forms, and dashboards as per client specifications.
- Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems as needed.
User Training And Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Dynamics CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration And Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on support activities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM system and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and recommend their implementation as appropriate.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a strong focus on support and customization.
