MS D365 Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of 300,000 shopper records from Salesforce Marketing Cloud into Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and import using CI's standard data ingestion tools.

Configure out-of-the-box D365 CI features including:

1: Segmentation & customer profiles

2: Customer journeys & email automation

3: Language-based email delivery (English/French)

4: Template library with tagging & versioning

5: Analytics dashboards and KPIs

• Support scheduling and execution of both mass and targeted email campaigns.
• Ensure operational readiness for sending up to 1.75M emails annually.
• Conduct workshops with business teams to understand requirements, map processes, and provide best-practice guidance.
• Prepare documentation, configuration guidelines, and user enablement materials.
• Recommend Phase-2 improvements such as unified profiles, approval workflows, and customizable fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys.
• Proven experience in CRM or marketing automationrelated data migration (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of segmentation, subscriber management, templates, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion, schema mapping, data quality validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work directly with marketing/business stakeholders in a functional and advisory capacity.
• Familiarity with email deliverability, standard KPIs, and campaign governance.

Mandatory Certification:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys Functional Consultant Associate (MB-220)
