Job Description :-

We are seeking a Microsoft Power BI Developer with Databricks expertise to design and deliver data-driven solutions that empower business decision-making. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and visualization skills to build scalable, high-performance BI applications leveraging Power BI, Databricks, and Azure data services. You will be responsible for developing data models, dashboards, and analytical workflows, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python, with experience in data optimization and cloud-based architectures.Shape Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Build and optimize data pipelines and models in Databricks for analytics and AI workloads. Implement ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources into Azure Data Lake / Dataverse. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions. Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization across all solutions. Support advanced analytics and AI integration within BI workflows. Shape Primary Skills Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark-based data processing. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering and automation. Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Dataverse). Understanding of data governance, compliance, and performance tuning. Shape Secondary Skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric for unified analytics. Familiarity with ML/AI integration in BI solutions. Exposure to RAG-based architectures and Copilot-driven analytics. Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and data privacy regulations. Shape Preferred Qualifications Exposure to multi-language programming (e.g., Python, C#, MATLAB). Experience working in cross-functional and global teams. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Python, Spark).
