MS Apps Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and models in Databricks for analytics and AI workloads.
• Implement ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources into Azure Data Lake / Dataverse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization across all solutions.
• Support advanced analytics and AI integration within BI workflows.

Primary Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark-based data processing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering and automation.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Dataverse).
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and performance tuning.

Secondary Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric for unified analytics.
• Familiarity with ML/AI integration in BI solutions.
• Exposure to RAG-based architectures and Copilot-driven analytics.
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and data privacy regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multi-language programming (e.g., Python, C#, MATLAB).
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Python, Spark).
