MS 365 Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced MS 365 Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 services, providing expert guidance and support to our clients in optimizing their use of the Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Microsoft 365 applications and best practices.
• Assist in the migration of data and applications to Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting or related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with PowerShell for automation and administration tasks in Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and security best practices within Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.
