Job Description
Business & Requirements Analysis
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, gap analysis, and document reviews.
- Analyze and document requirements using BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows .
- Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of business requirements through the delivery lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
Insurance Domain Responsibilities
- Work across one or more insurance lines.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance processes
Delivery & Agile Support
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure business needs are translated into workable solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews).
- Support UAT activities , including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered functionality.
Process Improvement & Leadership
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.
- Contribute to organization-wide standards, templates, and best practices for business analysis
