Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support MPS (Master Production Schedule) Process Streamlining initiatives. The role focuses on transforming reactive workflows into structured MPS processes with improved capacity reviews, process maturity, and continuous improvement opportunities.

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Bangalore

Experience Required:

4+ Years

Employment Model:

Contract to Hire

Initial tenure: 6 months (with possibility of extension or permanent absorption based on performance)

Salary Range:

12 LPA 20 LPA

Notice Period:

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive transition from reactive to structured MPS workflows
• Support capacity planning and structured review mechanisms
• Identify process maturity gaps and improvement opportunities
• Perform activity structuring, facilitation, and process tracking
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows and improvements
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations stakeholders
• Ensure process discipline and execution rigor
• Prepare review materials and structured reports

Desired Profile:

• Experience in Supply Chain and Operational Planning
• Strong process structuring and execution discipline
• Knowledge of MPS (Master Production Schedule) processes
• Strong documentation and material creation skills
• Ability to facilitate structured reviews and discussions
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
