Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an MPS Piping Stress Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for performing piping stress analysis to ensure compliance with design codes and project requirements. Responsibilities include conducting detailed calculations, analyzing piping systems in refinery and petrochemical environments, and collaborating with the design team to optimize piping layouts. The engineer will also ensure that all designs meet safety and quality standards and provide technical support during project execution.

Qualifications

Experience in Performing static analysis using CAESAR II, Nozzle Pro, FEpipe, for the all-load cases. Provide effective stress solution for the critical piping.

Key Experience

Experienced Piping Stress Engineer supporting Production Facility Engineering for Onshore, Offshore, and FPSO modules Strong exposure to construction supplier coordination and site engineering support during precommissioning and commissioning phase.

Experience in Piping Stress analysis for various pipelines in facility projects and skids Preparation of stress isometrics and stress reports.

Experience in Preparation of stress critical line list. Plan, schedule and progress control for the critical computer stress calculations and

visual reviews.
