Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through chat support to resolve queries and provide assistance.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and training purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in using chat support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
