Your Key Responsibilities
- Continuously applies lean methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS) to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned, e.g. a production segment.
- Support the application of lean management standards within the SPS.
- Deploy and train all lean management methods and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and summarize the results achieved.
- Report the review status of the SPS implementation status in the own unit.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained in Mechanical-, electrical-, production engineering, business administration
- 3 to 5 years

- University degree
- 3 to 5 years
