Job Description
Qualification: ITI / CIPET
Experience: 2–4 years in injection molding
Required knowledge/skills:
Injection-molding machines
Mold setting and changeover
Process parameter setting
Mold handling
Basic troubleshooting
Rejection analysis
Machine/process monitoring
Basic computer knowledge
Production reporting
Manpower allocation
Material/regrind control
Safety and 5S
Role: Supervise multiple molding cells, support operators, handle first-level
troubleshooting and ensure production/process discipline.
