Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Moulding Supervisor based in Pune. The Moulding Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure the smooth execution of production processes, and implement production planning strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control measures, managing production activities, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and meet production targets is a key component of this role.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Moulding Supervisor located in Pune. The Moulding Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, including managing manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining quality control standards. In addition, the role involves monitoring machinery and staff performance, implementing operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Moulding Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with team members to resolve any issues related to the production process.

1. Shift Handling

3. Trouble Shooting

4. Machine Start up & Shutdown

5. Hourly Production & Breakdown Reports

6. Raw Materials Handling

7. To Keep Update all Machine in Running Conditions

8. Machine Experts (Toshiba, Fanuc Electronic, Sumitomo, Milacron Ferromatic)

9. Mould Loading & Unloading 

10. Robots Gripper Changes Basic Setting Knowledge 

Qualifications

• Diploma in Plastic Engineering / CIPET

Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices and procedures
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to meet production deadlines and manage resources effectively
• Experience in the moulding or manufacturing industry is a plus
