Solutech Industries is looking for a skilled and motivated Mould Maintenance Technician to join our toolroom team. We welcome applications from ITI / Diploma candidates as well as experienced professionals with knowledge of plastic injection mould maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection moulds.
• Dismantle, inspect, clean, repair and assemble moulds.
• Identify and troubleshoot mould-related issues such as flash, mismatch, wear and tear, and improper functioning.
• Carry out mould polishing, fitting, minor modifications and component replacement.
• Inspect and maintain mould inserts, ejector pins, sliders, cores, cavities and cooling channels.
• Support mould trials, troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Maintain mould maintenance records and ensure tools are ready for production.
• Follow toolroom safety practices and maintain proper housekeeping.

Eligibility & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Fitter, Mechanical or a related trade.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of plastic injection mould construction and maintenance will be an advantage.
• Ability to use basic toolroom measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team and take responsibility for mould quality and upkeep.
