Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motor-Sales Insurance Consultant , based in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential customers, offering tailored motor insurance products, assisting clients in choosing the best plans, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Collaborating with team members and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on market trends and product offerings are integral to the role. Additionally, providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate motor insurance sales and renewals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and premium structures to customers.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention and repeat business.

• Coordinate with insurance partners and internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards team goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in Motor Insurance Sales, General Insurance Sales, Renewals, or Insurance Advisory roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of insurance products and customer handling.
