Job Description: Partnership & Alliances - Dealer Channel

Designation- SM/SSM/BDM/Sr. BDM/ TSM into Dealer channel at the following

Locations- Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Vadodara, Bhopal

Working Days: Monday to Saturday-Working from office only. (All Saturday working)

Notice period - Immediate or 30 days Notice period

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dealer Channel Specialist to join our team. As a

Dealer Channel Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships and collaborating with

dealers. Your expertise in understanding insurance, Dealer Channel, market trends, and effective

communication will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Dealer Channel.

Recruit a new dealerships channel partners and provide the service.

Achieve Monthly Recruitment and Business Targets.

Act as the primary point of contact for your Dealers partners, addressing their needs,

concerns, and inquiries promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Operations, marketing, and

product development, to align strategies for D2D sales.

Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize the

business from the dealer partners.

Negotiate terms, pricing, among the dealer partners.

Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA (master's preferred) with minimum 1/2 years of experience in insurance.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably business sourcing from dealer partners.

Strong understanding of insurance products, dealer networks, and market dynamics.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with

dealer's channel.
