Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Animator for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic 2D and 3D animations, visual effects, and motion graphics that align with client branding and campaign objectives. You will collaborate with designers, directors, and production teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute high-caliber animation projects. Additional responsibilities include ensuring consistency in style, refining visuals during the production process, and delivering projects on time with a focus on storytelling and visual clarity for financial and corporate audiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation tools and software, including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and related platforms.
• AI proficieny will help too
• Strong skills in creative design and motion graphics, with a focus on dynamic visual storytelling for brand and corporate content.
• Experience with video editing, compositing, and creating visual effects using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of scripting and creative concept development tailored to branding and storytelling in financial and corporate contexts.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or corporate branding industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with creative teams and clients effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred.
