ROLE AT A GLANCE

- Role: Motion Identity Designer

- Experience: 4–6 years in motion design and video editing

- Location: Chennai — studio-based, full-time

- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000/month

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Motion Identity: bring brand marks and identity systems to life through logo animation, motion principles and motion guidelines

- Case study films: create motion graphics that present our identity work with clarity and restraint

- Social media and presentation: edit visuals and videos for the studio's social channels and client presentations

APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALL OF THESE

- 4–6 years of hands-on motion design and video editing

- A showreel that includes logo or brand animation work

- A strong sense of timing, easing and restraint — motion that serves the brand

- Fluency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve); working knowledge of Illustrator

- Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus

- Availability to join on [18 January 2027]

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

- Your reel is mainly templated reels, trending effects or heavy transitions

- You're looking for remote or freelance work

WHAT WE OFFER

- Joining bonus of 50% of your monthly salary, paid with your first month's salary

- A structured review at 6 months and a retention bonus at 12 months

- Work on premium identity engagements for established enterprises

- Motion work that becomes part of a brand's identity system, not one-off content

- Direct collaboration with the founder and the identity design team
