Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients, creative directors, or project managers to understand their requirements and develop creative concepts for motion graphics. Creating storyboards, sketches, and visual mock-ups to illustrate ideas.
- Utilizing industry-standard software tools to create compelling animations, visual effects, and motion graphics. Applying knowledge of timing, pacing, and movement principles to bring static designs to life.
- Incorporating visual effects elements, such as particle systems, simulations, and compositing, into motion graphics projects to enhance their visual impact.
- Creating and manipulating graphic elements, including typography, illustrations, logos, and icons, to be integrated into motion graphics projects.
- Integrating motion graphics seamlessly into video footage and editing the final video for cohesive storytelling and overall visual quality.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, animators, designers, and video editors, to ensure that motion graphics align with the project's objectives and overall creative vision.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in motion graphics and related fields. Actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills through training, workshops, or self-directed learning.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior motion graphic artists, sharing knowledge, and promoting a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, motion graphics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics.
- Ensuring that motion graphics projects meet the highest quality standards, including Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, video editors, and marketing managers.
