Motion Graphics Designer Trainee

Role Overview

Assist the creative team in developing engaging visual content through motion graphics, animation, and video design. The Motion Graphics Designer Trainee role involves supporting the creation of animated visuals, video content, and digital assets while gaining practical experience with creative workflows. Responsibilities include assisting with motion concepts, storyboards, animations, video edits, and visual compositions. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, a good understanding of visual design, and an interest in learning different animation and motion design techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital platforms
• Support the development of creative concepts, and visual compositions
• Create and edit short-form videos, promotional content, and social media visuals
• Work with typography, transitions, effects, illustrations, and other visual elements
• Assist in adapting creative assets into different formats and dimensions for various platforms
• Collaborate with designers, and other team members on creative projects
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure visual content meets project requirements
• Stay updated with current motion design trends, tools, and creative techniques
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, video editing, and visual composition
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Creative approach with an interest in animation, design, and digital content
• Good understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques
