Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with strong creative skills and hands-on experience in animation, video editing, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, product explainers, social media creatives, and multimedia content that aligns with the company's vision and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
- Design engaging promotional videos, product explainer videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling outputs.
- Edit raw footage and transform concepts into polished visual stories.
- Develop animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all creative assets maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Optimize video content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and video editing technologies.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Required Qualifications- 1–2 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or related creative roles.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Cinema 4D
- Good understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and composition.
- Experience creating motion graphics for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and video editing work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 3D animation and rendering techniques.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of sound design, color grading, and video optimization.
- Experience in creating product explainer videos and brand campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of UI animations and visual effects workflows.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
