This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphics Designer & Social Media Manager based in Chennai. The role involves creating visually engaging motion graphics and video content, managing end-to-end video production, and conceptualizing graphic design solutions. Additionally, the role includes actively managing and growing the company's social media presence by creating content strategies, planning campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms to drive engagement and reach.

• Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating visually captivating and engaging content
• Experience in Video Production, including storyboarding, editing, and post-production processes
• Skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to ensure aesthetic excellence and brand alignment
• Strong creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to conceptualize and execute original designs
• Knowledge of social media trends and tools, with the ability to develop strategies for audience engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment in Chennai
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is preferred
