What This Role Is

You are the motion engine behind everything CredX puts in front of the world. Reels that stop the scroll. Ads that convert. Explainer animations that make a complex product feel instantly obvious. Brand motion that makes people remember us.

You do not do static. You think in movement, timing, and story. Every asset you touch has life in it.

What You Will Own

Instagram and LinkedIn reels short form motion content that grabs attention in the first 2 seconds and holds it

Paid ad creatives animated ads built to convert across Meta and LinkedIn

Product explainer animations make CredX's verification and hiring workflows understood and wanted in under 60 seconds

Motion graphics for carousels, story formats, and social posts

Pitch deck animations and investor presentation motion assets

Brand motion language how CredX moves, transitions, and feels across every surface

Founder content motion-enhanced talking head videos, caption animations, visual overlays that elevate raw footage into polished content

What You Must Bring

25 years of hands-on motion graphics experience animation is your primary craft, not a side skill

Portfolio dominated by motion work reels, ads, explainers, branded animations. If it does not move, it should not be in your portfolio for this role

Mastery of After Effects expressions, motion blur, easing, timing, keyframe discipline. You know the difference between good motion and lazy motion

Premiere Pro for video editing and assembly

Illustrator or Figma for asset creation feeding into After Effects

AI tools actively in your workflow Runway, Adobe Firefly, Pika, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI or equivalent. You use AI to move faster and push creative further

Instagram-native instincts you know what performs on reels, what the first 2 seconds must do, and how motion drives retention

Fast turnaround a social reel should not take you a week. You work in hours when the brief is clear and in a day when it is not

What Will Disqualify You

Your portfolio is mostly static design with a few animated logos

You have never made a reel or ad that performed organically

After Effects is not your primary tool

You have no AI tools in your workflow

You need extensive hand-holding on creative direction before you can begin moving
