About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging, visually appealing video content. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good visual sense, and the ability to creatively use AI tools to improve the editing and content creation process.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging and high-quality video content, motion graphics, reels, social media videos, and promotional content.

* Edit videos professionally using Adobe Premiere Pro.

* Create animations, transitions, text effects, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

* Develop creative concepts and visual treatments based on project requirements.

* Maintain a strong sense of composition, typography, pacing, colour, and overall visual aesthetics.

* Experiment with new editing styles, formats, trends, and creative techniques.

* Use AI tools effectively and creatively to enhance video editing, animation, ideation, visual generation, and overall production workflow.

* Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.

* Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro – Mandatory.

* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects – Preferred, but not mandatory.

* Good visual taste and a strong understanding of modern video aesthetics.

* Strong creativity, ideation, and storytelling skills.

* Good practical work experience in video editing/motion graphics.

* Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual content.

* Experience creating content for social media platforms is an advantage.

* Creative and effective use of AI tools in the video editing and content creation process.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a creative team.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
