About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor/ Motion Graphic artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through video, capable of transforming raw footage into engaging and high-quality content. You will collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to produce compelling videos for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with strong visual storytelling
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions to enhance video quality
- Work on various formats such as educational videos, social media content, ads, and promotional videos
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to understand project requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques
- Handle color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics (basic to advanced level)
- Optimize videos for different platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and websites
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual composition
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in educational or digital content creation
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, AI video tools (e.g., HeyGen, Google Veo) is an added advantage
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
