Engagement: Contract, 6 months (extendable; potential conversion to full-time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience

LearnRush, along with our sister product CourseLLM, produces e-learning, explainer, and product videos for enterprise clients across India. Motion graphics sit at the centre of how we deliver — and we are restructuring our production pipeline around AI-assisted workflows.

We are hiring four motion graphics artists who already work with AI tools as part of their day-to-day production. You will produce high-craft motion graphics for e-learning and product videos, working alongside instructional designers and creative leads — using After Effects together with generative video, voice, and avatar tools to ship faster and better.

• Produce 2D motion graphics, character animation, kinetic typography, infographics, UI motion, and transitions for e-learning, explainer, marketing, and product videos
• Work to approved storyboards and creative direction; translate them into polished motion
• Use AI tools in daily production — generative video, AI voice, and avatar / lip-sync workflows
• Sync animations to voice-over, music, and SFX
• Optimise exports for SCORM, LMS, web, and mobile delivery
• Contribute to shared motion libraries and After Effects template projects
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, video editors, and content teams
• Manage tight client and internal deadlines; flag risks early

• 1–3 years of motion graphics experience with a showreel that demonstrates range
• Strong working command of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Hands-on familiarity with AI production tools — for example: Generative video: Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika
• Avatar and lip-sync: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID
• Voice and audio: ElevenLabs
• Stills and concept: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
• A sense of timing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience in e-learning, SCORM / LMS output, or corporate training video is a plus
• Own laptop is mandatory — capable of running After Effects and the AI tools listed above smoothly

• Six-month contract, extendable based on project flow and performance
• Sustained performance can lead to conversion to a permanent, full-time role within or at the end of the term
• ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, paid on the first working day of the following month against a valid invoice
• 12 casual / sick leaves per calendar year (pro-rated for joining month)
• TDS deducted at applicable rates under the Income Tax Act, 1961
